Refund policy

Showfor has a 30 day, no questions asked, full purchase price refund policy for any item(s) you want to return.  The item(s) must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full credit. If you receive a defective item, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of receipt. 

Our goal is to satisfy our customers by offering an exchange or refund as outlined in this policy. We encourage you to retain your online order receipts and e-receipts. For items purchased. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at sales@showforinc.com during business hours (8am - 4pm Pacific time). Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. When we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of your product(s). Please allow 3-5 days after the return package has been delivery to us for us to process your request(s).
